This song is all about loving yourself for who you are, not what you want to be.

We all have anger, hatred, sadness, fear and all sorts of things inside us and running away from them creates more problems. We never become happy with who we are if we always hate the part of our self that society says are 'bad' or 'incomplete'.

"I Love" is about loving yourself to find peace and accepting who you are as perfect by including in your perception of perfect all the imperfections that make you unique.
